At MULÉRIN, we provide international shipping services that are currently available in more than 200 nations and islands. Providing our customers with a quality and efficient shopping experience is our priority. We aim to not only grow but satisfy the needs and demands of every one of our clients while providing exceptional service both locally and globally. 

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCEDURE?

Shipping procedures are dependent on the weight and size of the item(s). Packages from our warehouse will be dispatched via EMS or ePacket. Typically, the shipping company you selected at checkout handles package shipping from our US warehouse.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! Over 200 nations are served by the shipping that MULÉRIN offers. Nonetheless, we are unable to ship to some places. If for any reason you are interested in products but are unable to receive them due to location we will contact you via email. 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

After the items ship, we are not responsible nor liable for any customs charges. By buying from us, you agree that we may mail you one or more packages and that you may be charged customs duties when they come to your country.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Location-specific shipping times apply. Approximations of shipping are based on location and items that are made available or in stock at our USA warehouse.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes! Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email stating when your order ships which should contain your personal tracking info of items purchased. If you failed to receive any tracking info within 5 days, please contact us at officialmulerin@gmail.com for assistance. 

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT."

It can take up to 2-5 business days for certain shipping providers for their tracking information to be updated on the system. Please get in touch with us at officialmulerin@gmail.com if you placed your order and it has been five or more business days since you last received your tracking number.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Even if you have selected combined shipping, items from the same order may or may not be shipped in separate parcels for logistical reasons. Until everything is in stock, preorders containing products that are in stock will not ship. Please place separate orders or email us to arrange for separate delivery if you would want your items to be delivered separately.
